1876, 20 pa. green and 1 pia. yellow on large piece tied by all arabic EDIRNE in black to Constantinople, at arrival 1 pia. yellow with Shehir overprint cancelled BACHTCHE CAPUSSI 14/3/76, fine city post.
1922/24, Istanbul 34 Shehir cancellation proofs on thin paper, few showing different types on front and back, many types are unrecorded in postal usage, also first latin alphabet cancellations without arabic script. A very scarce selection from the calligraphy archive of early republic. Very Fine.
1941, National Defense Tax Stamps: 5 values up to 10 krs. deep blue, each 25 mint never hinged sets in sheets with margin imprint on top, 5 krs. and 10 krs. complete sheets of 25, lower values few stamps apart, very fine and extremely scarce. (Isfila M2-M6)

1863, First print 5 piaster deep rose with good margins on two sides, dividing line at left, closed at bottom, clear cancelled black "NISH" in dots (Brandt-Ceylan Type IIA-9, Nish / Serbia), very fine. First printings of Turkey Tughra issue with city cancellations are great rarities of this issue and less than five from all cities are recorded. (Isfila 2)
