Mi.-Nr. 16A as single franking with “VLADIVOSTOK 10 2 21” to envelope to Stockholm with arrival cds, also Postal Wagon “KHABAROVSK 153 NIKOLSK USSURIISK 26 3 21” on DVR Mi.-Nr. 4, 7, 14, 15A, 17 and 20A-21 to envelope to Ussurrisk station (signed Mikulski), etc., slightly mixed condition as usual. 1846/1922, Volost Mail in Imperial Russia, collection of 63 covers with a fine range of usages, registration labels and attractive Romanov frankings, some better items with 1846 money letter with boxed “TAMBOV”, scarce oval “BAUSK VOLOST ADMINSTRATION BAUSK COUNTY” as incoming mail receipt mark on registered 7 k. postal stationery envelope from “MITAVA -5 9 14”, some short-lived offices with “CHUDINOVSKOE OREN. VOL. PRAV. -3 12.15”, late Volost postmark usage with “BEREZANSKOE KHERS. VOL. PRAV. 31.7.22”, most unusual usage during the Free Frank Period with circular seal “TOPILOSKOE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL” and “MACHKOVO-SURENSKOE 12 2 19”, together with a small but impressive range of fiscal documents and passports including one issued in 1906 at “KAPINSKI VOLOST” for a single woman of the ´Old Believers` sect, etc., except for the occasional fault overall in fine condition.
