PETERBURG 29 MARCH 1870” to Paris (early use of the "V instead of 3 background error), signed Maslowski, Mi.-Nr. 18x 1 k. as single franking on printed matter, etc., together with four unused Zemstvo postal stationeries from Bogorodsk (2) and Fatezh (2), mixed condition
