Registered usage and cover with imprint on front "MONASTIR HATIRA-I ZIYARET HAZRET-I PADISAH / ADALET UHUVVET MUSAVAT" (Monastir visit of Sultan / liberte egalite fraternite). Postal usages of this issue are only very few known, overall less than ten (few on parcel cards) and registered usage probably unique. A great rarity of this issue for the advanced collection!
