LOM: LAND REGISTRY LOM 1838, official letter showing all arabic official mark in black and manuscript dispatch notation „Lom“ at left, addressed to Vidin with ms. registration numeral ‘25’, strike very clear, fine and scarce, less than 5 recorded.

1851, FILIBE with crescent (Postahane-i Filibe 1278) (Coles-Walker no.17,Plovdiv, RRR) very clear cancellation on prefilatelic folded envelope to Constantinopoli, at upper left notation of weight 3 dirhem / postal charge 6 piastre in manuscript for registration fee. Blue all arabic ‘registered’ alongside, usual file fold, otherwise fine. PROFI has not recorded any further registered mail from Plovdiv with this cancellation 

1851, FILIBE (An Canib Posta-i Filibe 256) (Coles-Walker no.16, Plovdiv, RRR) on prefilatelic folded envelope ottoman post with a very clear cancellation to Constantinopoli, usual file fold, otherwise fine

ZAGRA-I ATIK: 1853, letter front only showing manuscript dispatch notation „Zagra-i Atik“ at left, addressed to Constantinople, strike on arrival by blue negative „An Canib-i Posta Deraliye 268“, fine and scarce, mounted on card, otherwise fine. Note: The Ottoman Post in Stara Zagora had a Postal Relay station at this date and mail was cancelled at the arrival office

1856, folded envelope with dispatch ms. at left ‘HASKÖY’ (HASKOVO) to Deraliye (Istanbul) with blue mark at arrival AN CANIB-I POSTA-I DERALIYE, full content in ladino, in this period Haskovo had no postmark, scarce Bulgaria forerunner.

1868, Telegram (Telgrafname) from Orhaniye (Kacanic) to Köstendil, file folds, otherwise fine and very scarce form.

1871, BALCHIK: Folded stampless entire letter sent from Balchik (Coles & Walker fig.6) to Constantinople, at arrival Duloz 1868 regular perforation issue 20 para green and two 1 piastres yellow affixed and tied by all arabic double boxed clear strikes of 'Galata 81' handstamps, on reverse arrival mark bilingual 'Galata' cds., usual file fold, fine and scarce.

1878, 20 para green pair, tied by arabic cancellation "KANDIYA" (Isfila no.1) to cover from KANDIA to Istanbul, very fine and scarce.

1887, crescent issue 20 para carmine rose, strip of three and single tied to registered cover with commercial imprint by "Salonique / Turquie 28/Juin 1887" cds. addressed to Prague with arrival postmark on reverse, light horizontal crease, otherwise fine and a very scarce multiple franking of this issue.

1906, MANASTIR CIHETI SEYYAR POSTA MEMURU No.2 (Isfila no.502, RR) on cover to Istanbul, fine and scarce Greece & Ottoman railway forerunner, fine.

1908, 10 Para green postal stationery card used uprated with 10 pa. green, cancelled AVRAT-HISSAR (KILKIS, Isfila no.4, R) to Switzerland, fine and scarce Greece forerunner.

1875, AL-BAZOURIYAH: 1 pia. yellow on folded envelope tied by "SHAM 81" (Coles-Walker No.31), transit mark all arabic BEZOURYE 288 (Coles-W. unrecorded, A&P No.1, RRR), addressed to Beyrouth, file fold, otherwise fine, very scarce Turkey and Lebanon forerunner

1892, BESKENTA: 1 pia. blue on envelope tied by blue "BESKENTA POSTA SUBESI" all arabic type cancellation (Coles-Walker No.79, A&P Type 06, no.6, RRR). According to A&P two on cover recorded, some crease, an important Turkey and Lebanon forerunner

1894, BRUMANA: 1 pia. blue three stamps on registered envelope, two tied by "BRUMANA POSTA SUBESI" (Coles-Walker No.75, AP Type 04, no.1,RRR) all arabic type cancellation, one stamp tied by BEYROUTH c.d.s., transit “LIGNE N PAQ. FR.  No.3 2/2/94” on front and arrival mark BERLIN 21.294, tiny spot and some flaw on front and border, according to A&P less than five recorded, very clear cancellations, This cover is shown in Coles Walker catalogue 

1904, HOS EL ZERANE (Isfila no.1, R, Haouch ez Zaraané) all arabic cancellation on both sides of postcard showing Baalbek with full message to France with arrival mark, border toned, tiny spots and crease, oherwise fine. Very scarce Turkey postal history!

1905, SOFER POSTA SUBESI 22 - SUCCURSALE POSTE LIBAN 22 (Coles-Walker no.119, RR) on postcard with 20 pa. deep rose to Albi France with arrival mark, clear cancellation, fine and attractive.

1898, 20 para dull violet tied to cover by JAFFA 3/MAR/98 cds., oval "T" for taxe and blue crayon 12 1/2, addressed to USA, at arrivel postage due 5 c. tied by Brooklyn Sta.C. MAR/19/98 cds. on reverse, opened out for display, border tiny toned otherwise fine and an extremely scarce mix usage.

1871, "SHAM 81" handstamp in black (Coles & Walker no. 31, Damascus) framed all arabic cancellation on folded envelope with content, bearing Duloz 2 pi. orange-red, diagonally bisected, cut to shape, addressed to Beirut, usual file fold and tiny toned, otherwise fine. A scarce Syria forerunner

1896, "DEYR TELGRAF VE POSTAHANE-I" (Coles-Walker no.119, Deir ez-Zor) all arabic light violet cancellation on cover with two 1 Pia grey blue, transit mark Constantinople and on reverse arrival mark London 9/3/96, few border crease, otherwise fine, scarce Turkey postal history

1906, DERA 20/6/06 bilingual c.d.s. on postcard to France bearing 1905 issue 20 para on front, clear cancelled, on reverse Malain 1/7/06 arrival mark. Fine and scarce (Coles & Walker no.50)

1912, "HOMS 1" (Coles-Walker no. 73) clear bilingual octagonal d.s. on Protestant College cover from Homs to Ohio/USA bearing Turkey 1909 issue pair 20 para, on reverse Ohio arrival c.d.s., small spot, otherwise fine and scarce Syria postal history

1916, DJISRICHOUOUR 6.10.16 cds. (AP no.3, Coles-W. no.78 / Jisr-esh-Shugur) two times clear on envelope bearing 1 pia. blue and 10 pa. green war orphans issue to BEIT UL LAHM Palestine (Coles-W. no.115) with arrival mark 15.11.16 on front, crescent and star censor of Jerusalem on front and on reverse transit marks of Alep, Damas and Jerusalem, tiny vertical crease, otherwise fine. In AP catalogue this cancellation is unrecorded on cover. An important rarity of Syria and Ottoman Empire postal history.

SANAA: 1892 (ca.), cover franked with pair 20 pa. violet of 1892, coat of arms issue and tied by SANAA (A&P type 2, R) datestamp to cover to Constantinople with arrival mark on reverse, tiny shortened on top and two pinholes, otherwise fine and very attractive. Certificate Holcombe (1991).

1894, "HODEIDA" clear blue all arabic on cover back only. Coat of Arms 2 piaster 1892 issue used bisect diagonally and blue "HUDEIDA 7 MART 310" c.d.s. alongside, black arrival mark Istanbul five weeks later "MAKRIKEUY 13 NISAN 310" cds., european date "93" adjustment wrong as often, arabic date 1894 is correct, very scarce and attractive Turkey forerunner!

1901, Yemen: „TAIZ“ (Brandt-Ceylan Ty. XXI No. 17) on 1 Pia. blue, clear cancelled, fine.

1905,  "SANAA" bilingual c.d.s. (Coles-Walker no.80) and boxed registration mark alongside on registered envelope bearing 1905 issue 3 x 1 pia. blue sent to Constantinople, on reverse Istanbul arrival postmark, repaired and some crease, otherwise fine, registered mail from Yemen is very rare!

1911, "HODEIDA 5" c.d.s. clear blue (Isfila no.13, scarce colour) on commercial cover with imprint bearing 1 Pia. blue block of four, transit mark PORT TAUFIQ and arrival mark BEYROUTH alongside, shortened at left, extremely rare and attractive 4 Piaster rate for a heavy letter from Yemen to Lebanon!

1913, "HODEIDA 1 - 25.11.909" (Coles-Walker type 69, no.1 unrecorded, isf.no.8) on commercial cover Max Klein (Aden) bearing two 20 pa. 1908 issue, on reverse transit mark SUEZ 5.12.09 and arrival mark Cairo 5.12.09, vertical fold, otherwise fine and attractive, very clear cancellations.

1915, official registered cover from Ministry of Health in Istanbul to the Camaran Island hospital showing bilingual "Hodeida 6" ds. and "SALIF (YEMEN) 27.9.915" cancellation (Coles-Walker no.71, 76) with annotation of the Salif postmaster "Camaran Island sea way closed due to the War time situation return to sender" a remarkable postal history item demonstrating the disruption of the First World War in Yemen, tiny border crease and tear on top, otherwise fine.

1871, 2 kr orange to 25 kr violet, engraved issue, the complete mint set of 6 values, the 25 kr is unused no gum, all other values unused with gum, otherwise fine and a fresh set

1947, “Ukrainian Scouts Jamboree 1947” Stamp booklet with 16 different stamps for scouts, tiny crease, otherwise fine and scarce
