1927, 2 c. red used on large size U.S. envelope from New York City Hall to Bogota, bearing Scadta “EU“ machine overprinted 1923 Scadta pair 30 c. blue tied by New York duplex cancellations, Barranquilla 23.5.27 c.d.s. alongside, on reverse ”Agencia P.N. Recibo MAY/23/1927 Barranquilla" in blue and Bogota datestamp (May 25). Envelope somewhatfaulty and shortened at left, otherwise fine
