1909, surcharges on fiscal stamps, group of twelve, comprising 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, 10a, 11a, and 12a values, three unused, large part original gum, the balance used, all of these but the 12a. tied to small piece by “Costa Occidental De Africa / Correos / Elobey”m all with large margins all around, the 11a. with horizontal crease, the 12a. backstamped Galvez, a rare group.
