PACIFIC ISLANDS: Kangaroo 2½ d. indigo (SGT6c, ‘SS’ large tail) tied by RABAUL cds. to cover with censor strip and violet oval 'PASSED BY CENSOR RABAUL' with signature, addressed to Oakland USA and redirected to Clifton, violet ‘NOT AT E.M.C. 19’ on front, written in ‘Kokopo German New Guinea’, toned and tiny border crease, otherwise fine and scarce.
