PLUS: Moens, J.-B.: Album Illustre Timbres-Poste & Télégraphe (11th edition 1881), a excellent de-luxe album with decorative gold title imprint on front and two metal locks, the pages and the binding are in very good condition, with many original stamps fixed to the pages.
