Pacific”, 1858 Norway to Bordeaux, 1880 Port-au-Prince Haiti to Le Havre, 1876 Brazil to Bordeaux, superb octagonal “VERA CRUZ PAQ. FR. B N°3” on 1868 entire to Paris, etc., mixed condition
1793/1813 (ca.), 90 covers from the Département Conquis and Armée d´Italie, unfolding with a fine group of military and shipowner Rougement archive mail, some better items with December 1811 entire letter sent from the corsair captain on the “Themis" concerning the capture of an English ship and the seizure of its codfish cargo, followed by a strong section of Départements Conquis with some Port Payé, including 1806 folded letter to Genova with two-line “ETRURIE ET LUCQUES PAR GENES”, 1810 folded letter from Cremone to Parma with superb red three-line “Raume D´ITALIE PAR PLAISANCE”, undated lettersheet without text to Pise with scarce red two-line “PRINtéDE LUQUES PAR PISE”, three-line “P.19.P. PORTO-FERRAIO ISLE D´ELBE” on 1809 folded letter to Marseilles, 1804 single sheet signed by the military commandant of the Elba Island “Brusca”, etc., mixed condition, neatly housed in one album

No. 7 with sheet margin on cover (repaired), 32 with PC “3987,” 127 on piece (signed), 152 (signed Calves), 218-19 on registered cover, 239 on exhibition envelope (signed Calves), Souvenir sheet No. 3 with special postmark, 305-311a and 321 (signed Calves). In addition, some postage due stamps and pre-cancellations, neatly arranged in seven albums.

1894/1930 (ca.), Alaouites to Syria, unused and used collection with a few covers, including some forerunners from Smyrna, some numbered gutter pairs and better values throughout. Except for the occasional faults, overall in good condition, neatly housed in one album
1869/76, Yokohama French Office, alluring group of 11 covers, showing an impressive display of tariffs from the 1866 to 1876 period, some better items with Laureated 80 c. and 40 c. tied by Dotted Diamond “5118” to envelope to France with alongside cds. “YOKOHAMA 15 MAI 71” (scarce 1,20 Francs tariff valid six months from January until end of June 1871), two 1876 envelopes the first one franked at the 1 Franc tariff (endorsed “Voie Française”, French paquebot to Marseille), the second at the 1,10 Francs tariff (endorsed “Via Brindisi”, British paquebot), some faults but a rare duo exhibiting both routes, also some underfranked mail, etc., some signed Calves, mixed condition.
1894/1922, unused and used collection with duplicates, incl. postage dues, a few better values thoughout, except for the occasional fault in mostly fine to very fine condition (ex Mi.-Nr. 1-48)
1930/80 ca., collection in 19 large albums mostly mint never hinged, including Comoros, Central Africa, Burkina Faso, Kamboscha, Guinea, Gabon, Dahomey, Benin, Madagascar, Cameoun, Morocco, Algerie, Haute-Volta, Djibouti, Guinee and Congo. Many good Space and Olympics issues incl. S/S and imperfs.
