1877, stampless military cover of 130th Kherson Regiment of russian troops from Tabatchka (near Russe), cancelled ‘4th Fieldpost Agency 14.Dec.1877’, transit mark St. Petersburg on reverse and arrival mark Helsingfors, fine and scarce destination to Finland. The garrison in Pleven surrendered on 10 December.
