1975 – Van Balen Blanken, G. C. / Buurman, Bert: The Netherlands - Plating of the 1852 5 and 10 cent Values (1970–1975). A series of six volumes were published for the 5 cents (hardbound in black cloth) and ten volumes of the 10 cents (hardbound in burgundy cloth), all with gold title imprint on front and spine, ca. 1,500 pages in total. This lot contains all volumes, except the vol. X of the 10 cents. Vol. 1 of the 5 cents is signed by the author. Rare lot add until today the reference books for plating the first issues. 1985 / 1988 – Vollmeier, Paolo: Storia Postale del Regno di Sardegna dalle Origini all' Introduzione del Francobollo (three volumes with 1,190 pages, 1985), all volumes hardbound in dark olive-green cloth with gold title imprint on front and spine, dust jacket, plus additional introduction in three languages (German, English and French) in a separate booklet (32 pages, softcover). In each case the volumes were enclosed in a case made of blank card. The set of three volumes was supplied in a specially made slipcase in the same colour as the books with title imprint (this slipcase with small defects, but all books are in excellent condition. – PLUS 1988 – Ryan, Gary S. (Sydney) assisted by Ferenc Orbán: The Cancellation of Hungarian Post Offices on the First Issue of Hungary 1867–1871 (2 volumes, 1988).
