1919–1923, specialised collection in stockbook, an extensive holding of singles, multiples, and covers, replete with notable varieties including partially perforated stamps, reverse printings, overprint errors, proofs, etc, beginning with the 1919–20 St. George and Tamar the Great issues showing a wide array of printing varieties and plate flaws, imperforate singles and blocks including a never hinged 40k red lower left corner block of thirty with tête-bêche pairs, a very fine group of six colour proofs including unissued 20k and 30k denominations, followed by a solid representation of 1920–21 overprinted issues, both perforated and imperforate, in singles and multiples, and Soviet-era issues including ten covers, noting a 1923 registered cover from Tiflis to Berlin and a mixed-franking registered cover with Overprint Types I and II from Tiflis to Leipzig, along with a 1923 700,000r on 2k green Coat of Arms imperforate block of fifty with sheet margins and five gutter pairs, offered  with the Ashford handbook “Georgia: Postal Cancellations 1918–1923”, the odd fault noted but overall sound and desirable, a rarely offered holding of this depth and ideal for the specialist.
