1860, Cross of Savoy ½ t. blue, horizontal pair with good to large margins, tied by red cds. to Newspaper “Il Nazionale” of February 20, 1861, the first stamp showing the variety ‘Double T’,  Horizontal pair on newspaper "II Nazionale" of 20 Febb. 1861 with unique red passing annulio Departure from Naples 21 Febb. 1861. The first specimen presents the variety “double t,” small repair but of fresh and very fine appearance, a rarity, illustrated and described in “The Stamps of Maurice Burrus, Old Italian States” (pages 23/24).
