1868, 30 k. rose/green with 1866 1 k. black/yellow (2), tied by cds “ST PETERSBOURG 24 1 1875” to registered envelope to Würzburg, Bavaria, endorsed “2” (2nd weight step) with alongside late use of the Russian framed “REKOMENDAVO”, German red register label “Eingeschrieben. N°” and red crayon “30” (credit to Germany, 5 kopek times two equalling 30 pfennig). The envelope with a  light vertical crease, some minor soiling and wear, still fine. A very scarce 32 kopek franking, enhanced by the first month of use of both the German register label and the new Pfennig/Mark currency
