1846/1922, Volost Mail in Imperial Russia, collection of 63 covers with a fine range of usages, registration labels and attractive Romanov frankings, some better items with 1846 money letter with boxed “TAMBOV”, scarce oval “BAUSK VOLOST ADMINSTRATION BAUSK COUNTY” as incoming mail receipt mark on registered 7 k. postal stationery envelope from “MITAVA -5 9 14”, some short-lived offices with “CHUDINOVSKOE OREN. VOL. PRAV. -3 12.15”, late Volost postmark usage with “BEREZANSKOE KHERS. VOL.
