Apparently the cover fell into the second weight rate and was accordingly charged with  "60" centimes (the paid postage was neglected) and "PD" crossed out. Slight transportation marks, parts of the name crossed out, still fine and very unusual. Several signatures, certificate Böttger BPP (2018)
