1893, Nasser-ed-din Shah Qajar 4 ch. red postal stationery card used uprated with 2 ch. sepia and carmine cancelled ISFAHAN No.5 cds. to Teheran, the stamp was used torn off on the right side, possibly due to a lack of perforation. (Persiphila PC11+455A)
