It is believed that the first part (series) was not published for sale but rather was presented by Mizuhara to various collectors, libraries, societies and the like throughout the world (PLR, vol. 42, No. 3/1993). This lot is one of the most important references for Chinese philately and a real treasury of information, already a literature classic and great bibliophilic rarity, as such a complete run of both series almost never offered.
