Edward Kelly, 1774-1828) serving in India and Burma, including 5 entire letters sent to Moulmein, Burma with good to very fine strikes of circular handstamps “CALCUTTA GENERAL POST OFFICE”, together with 2 later entires locally used with large oval calcutta “GPO” handstamps, mostly fine, an interesting lot
