1933 / 1934 – Lee, E. J. (Emanuel Joseph): The Postage Stamps of Uruguay: with special reference to the “plating” of most of the lithographed issues (1931), 388 pages + 22 photo plates, bound in dark turquoise half leather, gold title imprint on spine, slip case, 200 copies printed (this is No. 103/200), in excellent condition and preserved in a private slipcase – Dr. Amrhein wrote about this book years ago: “… one of the finest works published yet …” and “… one of the outstanding publications in all of philatelic literature.” – PLUS 1934 – Diena, Emilio: I francobolli del Regno di Napoli (1932), XIV + 1 + 273 pages + 3 additional photo plates with 325 illustrations at the end of the book, softcover (the cover with a crease, content very good). The Bjäringer copy has a personal dedication by the author to Edward Denny Bacon, 29 December 1932. Preserved in a special box. Estimate: 400 Euro
