This book was published in 1880 in Paris, two years after the first international philatelic congress in the world. 225 copies were printed in total, but only 25 hand-numbered copies “sur papier chamois”. This is No. 1 of this special de-luxe edition on chamois paper. 404 + 12 pages, privately balacron leather hard bound with gold title imprint on front, excellent condition.
