1915, G.R. MAFIA Handstamp in violet: 2r. green, with right sheet margin, fresh color and good perforation, slight gum toning, otherwise fine. An exceptionally rare stamp, with just 14 (David Field) issued or 20 examples (Bob Gibbs) believed to have been issued regardless of the overprint colour; Gibbs estimates 12 examples for the reddish violet overprint, certificates Brandon (2004;2019) (Michel 9b)
