RIGA (Latvia): 10 kopeck brown and blue, good to large margins, tied by c.d.s. "RIGA 22 APRIL 1858", to letter sheet to Pernau, with bilingual arrival mark. The stamp shows tiny tear at lower right, not touching the design.. A fine and attractive letter. Certificate Buchsbayew (2014)
