1852, William 10 c. black, vertical strip of 4 with good to large margins, tied by circle of bars to entire letter with adjacent “LUXEMBOURG 27 JUIN 54” to Beane, France. Cover creases, not affecting the stamps, the entire with fixed tear at upper right, otherwise very fine and attractive. A scarce franking. Certificates Demuth BPP (1981) and Raybaudi (1990)
