1920, Ocean steamer 0,10 $ with additional 3 c., tied by violet cds “CARTAGENA-COLOMBIA FEB. 1920”, faint oval mark “COMPANA COLOMBINANA DE NAVEGACION” alongside, to envelope to Barranquilla with reverse arrival cds dated 23 February. The 0,10 $ with a small paper corner weakness away from the design, of no importance, still fine. A rare early cover, signed and certificates Calves (2007) and Philatelic Foundation (1980)
